However, its relatively low asset turnover (0.386) and high PE ratio (34.72) suggest potential inefficiencies in capital deployment and valuation risks. The study concludes that Tencent represents a complex yet compelling investment case, with its ability to deliver shareholder value hinging on strategic agility in navigating China’s evolving regulatory regime, sustained innovation in emerging technologies, and continued global expansion.
